D-2 Visa

The D-2 visa allows foreign nationals who are serving aboard a vessel for fishing activities, as part of its normal operations, to enter the U.S. during a stop in the U.S. The vessel or aircraft’s home port must be in the U.S. and have plans to land in and depart from Guam as a part of its normal operations. Crewman of these vessels may include captains, stewards, technicians, musicians, chefs, etc.

Each crewman may obtain an individual D-2 visa or be part of a group visa.
